How To Book at Our Events

We would appreciate it if you would subscribe to the blog /websites updates – see the form to the right. When you do sign up you will be amongst the first to know about the new dates and venues.

If you are interested in booking a stall at any of our events please contact Terry on Telephone: 01452 813564 email: terry@fotoflair.orangehome.co.uk. We always reply to email enquiries if you don’t receive a reply please contact us by phone.

Cancellations – Please do not email cancellations as they can go astray. Please phone Terry on the number above or Anna on 01242 698661 and if necessary leave a message.

All stallholders who book space at any of our Craft Fayres and Markets are welcome to post a comment on the appropriate event with details of the products they sell and a link to their website if they have one.

Ways You Can Help Us

  1. When you book a space at our craft fayres please let us know what you would like on the posters, leaflets and event blog. There is limited space on the posters and leaflets but a company name plus a short description, if the company name doesn’t make it clear what products are for sale, is possible.  Please note that printing is done up to three weeks before an event so if you book late or don’t let us know when you book we can’t guarantee you being listed.
  2.  At events where the hall hasn’t enough tables please let us know when you book if you will be able to bring your own table or stand and the size of the space you need for your display.
  3. If you have booked a space at an event and can’t attend for any reason please let us know as early as possible then we can let your space to another stallholder.  We aim to keep the charges for spaces down as low as we can, enough to cover the hall charges and advertising costs for events.  If stallholders just don’t turn up on the day we don’t cover the costs and make a loss on that event. Also it means there are gaps in the layout at the event, which does not look good and is completely unneccessary when we have a list of stallholders interested in cancellations. If you have booked for several fayres in advance and then decide that they are not for you, do let us know.   We don’t want to have to ask for payment in advance of the fayres as our ethos is based on trust and consideration. We expect to be treated with the  same consideration.

Helping Each Other

One thing we all are is hard-working people promoting our businesses and there are a lot of ways we can help each other and in doing so help ourselves too.

This website was set up to give you the latest information on events but also to promote the events themselves and give customers and visitors  to the fayres more information. If you have booked a space at one or more of our events please do leave a comment on the appropriate event post as this will help not just you  and your website if you have one but the Event website and in turn the craft fayres as a whole as visitors interested in coming will be able to read more details.

Don’t be shy.  Go and post a comment about your products now!

Hi! I have just found your most interesting and informative website (better late than never)! What a wonderful opportunity for local people to promote their creative gifts.
I use bullseye and dichroic glass to create unique, handmade, kiln fused glass pendants, earrings and cufflinks. An offshoot of the space industry, dichroic glass filters light so that the colours within seem to change as the glass moves. The effect is stunning!
I would be most interested in becoming a stallholder at some of your craft fairs and would appreciate further information.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
    Kind regards Tania

I run a Community Centre on the edge of Gloucester, would you be interested in using our venue to run a craft fayre? Our hall is not often used at weekends and I’m keen to put on events that our local residents would enjoy.
    regards, Julie

    Hi,

I’d love to find out if you have availability for stallholders at any of your upcoming events. You’ve a very comprehensive website (although I’m unable to open the newsletter for some reason), and I notice you have a regular group of stallholders attending your events.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks

I’ve recently begun making various decorative fabric ornaments, and have a friend who paints, and we’re interested in setting up a stall at a craft fair. We’d really like to join in at one of your events if you have room?
    Thanks,
    Viki

    Hi Terry and Anna

Just to say that I am very much looking forward to attending this Saturdays craft fayre (27th August) in Painswick. As discussed via e-mail with Terry at the time of booking, if this event in Painswick is very popular, please could you put Mermaid Moon Handmade Jewellery on the regulars list if possible please? Many thanks in advance for all your help.

    Kindest regards
